From the very first day, you will be challenged. You will be given responsibility for projects involving specific fields and topics, that you will handle independently. At the same time, you will be involved in the functions and processes that are typical for your department. At Cognis, you will become familiar with the real working day with all of its various facets and will amass valuable experience for your professional future.

Selection process
Interns who apply to Cognis Deutschland are selected following a personal interview with the responsible member of the department involved.
In this process, your personality is of the greatest importance to us. We highly value inventiveness, confidence and openness. In addition, we are looking for strong analytical abilities, structured thinking, and some practical experience in your own field.
